Our Four-Step AC Installation Process
In-Home Assessment
You call us, and we’ll schedule a free consultation at a time that works best for your schedule. During the visit, a friendly team member will assess your property and perform a load calculation, which will factor in your building’s square footage, insulation levels, window exposure, ductwork, and more.
This detailed calculation will give us all the information necessary to recommend a properly sized system.
Beyond the load calculation, we may also check your electrical panel capacity, thermostat location and wiring, and zoning requirements, all to anticipate challenges that could come up during installation.

Three System Options
After the in-home consultation, we’ll offer three equipment options:
