Years ago, we sat down to figure out how to explain what makes us different. We listed everything—no commission, background checks, flat-rate pricing, all of it.

But none of that captured the real thing.

Then someone asked: "What's actually kept us in business for 40+ years?"
The answer was simple: our customers. Most of them found us through word of mouth. A coworker. A neighbor. A friend. Their mom.

"You don't send just anyone to your mom's house. You send someone you trust to treat her the way you would."

That's when it clicked. That's the standard. Every technician we hire, every call we take, every repair we make—we ask ourselves: Would I send this person to my mom's house?

If the answer isn't yes, they don't work here.
