1. Check thermostat operation
2. Check air filter
3. Check electrical connections
4. Check refrigerant levels
5. Check blower motor current draw and bearing play
6. Check condenser fan motor current draw and bearing play
7. Check compressor start and run load amp draw
8. Check compressor contractor points and voltage drop
9. Check condensate drain
10. Check temperature drop across evaporator coil
